and disk # 31

I remember the big BBC intro with Andy's mysterious request for a large 2 bitplane logo.

One of the best menu intros from any group.

CJ, I'll have a dig around I think theres still a big box of disks kicking around here somewhere.

Hmm, actually I count 7 colours in the BBC logo. Which gets me wondering exactly what is Andy doing there, as it would take 5 bitplanes to do such an effect fast Smiley

That would be great if you could find them.  The BBC years really were a lot of fun Smiley

BBC 24 found 100%

Also got verified copies of several other menus, including 27a/b/c with their BBC bootblocks intact.

It's a shame you can't find these...

Were the intros original or used on other menus as well?  If you've got copyies of the menus elsewhere you could always 'remake' these disks as a special-edition 'tribute' menus...

Probably not a popular idea, but it's an idea all the same Wink

The menus were never used elsewhere otherwise we would reconstruct the disks.

On a similar note, the 5 Un-Nameables CDs also seem to be forever lost  (These were the disks that myself and Dack did before joining Automation)

Can there be list what is including on these disk. Then it is maybe nicer to try found them?

7 =  BBC Digi-music demo
13 = Xybots, Larry in the land of the lounge lizards

But what is in others?

Iīm seen these two listed in there:
http://www.atari-shrine.co.uk/disks/bad_brew_crew.html

I see BBC 7 intro is in New Power Generation intro compil #9 and this digi-demo is many places on the internet (if it is same?). So it is maybe possible try made this disk like it is need to be.

Hiya Jake Smiley

#7 is indeed the digi music
http://pacigame.atarizone.com/bbc/index.html

#13 has - Xybots, Leisure Suit Larry In The Land Of The Lounge Lizards
http://pacigame.atarizone.com/bbc/index2.html

but you're right, we could reconstruct #7 Smiley do you have the intro.

Cheers

Hi Jake
this is indeed rare! LSGL never came out on an Automation menu. It wasn't until Rob did it for D-Bug.

Not sure why Neil's version was never released! But good to see it finally out in the light of day!

cheers

Still three disks missing. C'mon everyone!

Will swap a Battlesphere Gold for 100% images of them Smiley

(OK, I won't really because BSG is shite and it wouldn't be fair to you for your hard work, plus I don't have one [and don't want one either because I've played it and frankly it's not worth it])
