I've downloaded CD 172v1 (http://archive.dbug-automation.co.uk/D-Bug/v1/dbug172.msa) from your archive.

The menu seems not to work (T0S Error #35).

yep, this menu is corrupt... it's one of the weird shw-vapour-where-are-you menus.... rest assured, it's fixed for the DVD
