Outline 2010, how are all your heads feeling now?

Just dropping a quick note to say hi to Grazey/Cal, GGN and SH3.

Outline 2010 rocked, one of the major reasons was the contribution made by you guys, not only with the deserving winning game compo entry Superfly DX, but your general presence, amiability, and atmosphere of all-round fun.

The last of those coming very much to the fore on that final night. Thanks for sharing and keeping the party going a few hours longer. I eventually went to bed at feck-knows-o-clock after going outside for a last burst of the bonfire, finished off a beer with gWEm to 'wind down' from all the other drinking.

Felice woke me up at 09.30 to tell me that the computer tables were going to be taken back to their rental place shortly and I needed to get up ASAP. So I did and I think I managed to shock the waiting hangover into submission with the sheer speed of my rising.  Smiley

Anyway, I hope you all had a good/safe journey back and are raring to go on the next project, whatever that might be.  Cool

They looked like they had fun - and I'm more than pleased people like Superfly.

Can't wait to finish up SFDX 1.1, start on the TE version and then get stuck into the next few projects.

Last day I had like 1 hour of sleep because of that late session Chris wrote above. Prolly the best bit of OL2010 though - Gwem commenting on his performance as Grazey streamed it on his laptop, oldschool vs newschool discussion, cricket talk (I think!), the works!

And to answer the topic question, the head feels fine, but it's already missing Outline!

Well I'm still struggling to get back to normal Wink  Laryngitis, a cold, the early beginnings of another bad back - but forget it, we did have a good laugh that last night (well, from what I remember Wink ) Of course, any video evidence of recalled cricket matches, anti-Yorkshire vitriol and associated chanting should remain in a very safe place Cheesy

Anyone who lets grazey choose prizes should be shot! Any UK hooligans who go raiding the prize table, however inebriated they may have been, deserves to be publicly flogged Tongue

I'm with Calsoft next year - 0% cider ftw!

Oh & while I'm here I'd just like to give a big thanks to Grazey & Calsoft for letting me join them on their trip, for recalling some great stories and most of all for letting me peek into their wonderful world:

Grazy & Cal, OL 2010

Sorry I was in too much of a state to enjoy the trip home Wink

Gad, you were really in a state then! Hope you get sorted soon. I also remember Wiztom and a few others moving around very slowly that morning. Don't worry about the other stuff, it is in a lead lined underground vault out of harms way Wink

Hope to hear from the titular 'Odd Couple' from your second post about their reminiscences soon.  Grin

eh up, yeah I really enjoyed it too.. Great meeting and having a proper chat with gwEm. Prob my highlight was the Stu & gwEm performances... did I really dance by myself to Man Machine at 3am in front of you lot!!

The white rum was a wicked move! Still got half a bottle of it at home... my mind-meld waves worked well and everyone went for the CD holders at prize giving!

See you all next year.

Shw/Grazey

Hi guys,

It seems I missed a lot after I left  Roll Eyes

But it was great meeting you guys. I enjoyed talking with all of you. And the performance of gwEm was great too.
I hope I can stay longer the next time.

Hey Robert

Glad you had fun there and met the other guys - maybe next year I'll make the horrendously long flight from Australia to get there as well.

I guess it'll depend on if we have a game to demonstrate and release Smiley

Hi CJ,

I hope you guys make enough money on SFDX to fund the flight to Europe   Cool

At least I'm ready to order one.
