I can only get this patch to run if I boot holding control.
This is with hddriver (set to minimum) and ahdi.

My MSTE runs nothing at startup but the hddriver and on the control panel i have colors and general.

What happens is the launcher asks use 16mhz Cpu, then you hit a key and the screen goes black. The cheat options screen never shows up.
