Time Scanner is a pinball game. The typical pinball controls apply, left and right shift affect the paddles.

Hmm, the game is from the early ST perios (pre 1990), graphics are colorful and fluid but the table is small, only half of the screen and the ball and all onscreen elements are small as well. The scrolling at change of table position lags somewhat and delays the otherwise fluid feel.

Music is ok, sound effects are a bit noisy at times. Maybe the YM noise generator is overused?

The game is ok for its time but certainly not a brilliant ST title.

I'd recommend playing Starball instead on STF anytime and certainly Obsession for STE users.

PS: The version on the LGD CDROM A123 neither likes TOS 1.62 nor 4MB RAM settings. Run with 1MB and TOS 1.02
