Sidewinder

I remember this being brilliant, The music being ace and it all moving so fast. Shows exactly how good my memory is. The music is pretty terrible, It seems very slow too, Bad thing is, It is quite fun with millions of ground targets to hit and the odd spaceship, Even with power-ups (Although, I've never seen anything other than the rapid fire (R)).
In all, Not brilliant, But a worthwhile blast for 10 minutes on a Sunday evening. Smiley

(Forgot the screenshot, Will put it there soon.)

I agree that the digi is pretty squeaky on Sidewinder. Bot otherwise it is quite playable and has the distinction that the playfield is wider than the screen. While it scrolls, you can move to left and right of the map too, making the level map wider. Not many ST games feature this.

It is also not too hard with a little bit of conventration and there are no bosses to fight. At least not for the first 3 or 4 levels....you just navigate back into the start corridor and a new map starts.

I personally always enjoyed playing Sidewinder.

I like it, I just remembered it being much better. I managed not to mention the awful sequel too. (Until then.)
