Can you please state as much as you can about your configuration?

It never happened on our machines....

Ok.

1.  It's not an AMIGA.

and

2. That's pretty useless debugging info. Have you read:

http://dbug-automation.co.uk/rtfm.htm   ??

we know that comes across a little harsh, but you get the point... Anyway... if you give us more details we might be able to see what your doing wrong (or maybe even fix it!)... but that issue didnt occur during any of our testing.

Did you try unplugging the satandisk and running it from floppy?

Do you have any auto folder programs and/org accessories?

As I pointed out earlier:

If you REALLY want to help we need the following:

System
Cache Sizes
Memory
HD Driver used
Options Selected in loader
What you were doing
Any information that gives more detail than "It doesn't work"

Hrm, guys, maybe the RTFM page isnt blunt enough?

System : ATARI STE 1040
Cache Sizes : ?
Memory : 4 mb
HD Driver used : The one given with Satan disk (i'll add that later)
Options Selected in loader : trainer
What you were doing : started playing the game level 1
Any information that gives more detail than "It doesn't work"
It's like black vertical stripes are put over the game screen.

I'll post a screen shot so that you see the problem better.

To properly test it I'd recommend running it from auto on a floppy with all peripherals (HD/Satandisk) unplugged.  If it works, then at least you know your machine is alright...

Cache size is reported by HDDriver at boot. Didn't know satandisk came with hddriver.
Seriously though, try it from floppy, it will help narrow down the part of the machine that's responsible.

Yep, try a "clean boot" from floppy or run it from a proper HD :)

We have tested it on:

Steem - TOS 1.02 / 1.62 / 2.04 with various memory configurations.
MSTE - TOS 2.05 / TOS 2.06 4mb
Falcon - TOS 4.03 / TOS 4.04 - 4mb and 14mb

Drivers tested: HDDriver / ICDTools

We cannot reproduce this issue. Try downloading it again?

I've tested on Atari STE, 4MB TOS2.06, SCSI HD with HDDriver.
