Hi Muphex

Maybe if you gave us a clue as to where in the world you are based then someone in your country will help you out? ;)

Of course - if you do receive a copy you must adhere to the rules :)

Same here. I'm based Cardiff so if I do manage to get one (which I won't as I'm not in the loop - hint hint) will do it old school floppies in jiffy bag style.  That's if someone is willing to let me have a copy, and more than willing to send a few out.

Fair enough point, but let me bring you another recent example here:

Armour-Geddon, a title that took the combined skills of 3 people to HD fix, Falcon fix, test, find/scan manuals, etc etc. Up till yesterday 114 individual downloads have been logged. Yet we never read anything about it (does it work on other people's machines? Do they like the extra speed? etc etc etc).

Is it to wonder that we pulled the handbrake on Falcon/HD fixing?

Like CJ said on the shoutbox, in the end it's much easier to give access to our testing forum to the people that bother contacting us than releasing anything.

I care these fixes too, but because my work i'm in home only 1 day/week and then i need made everything what need to be done. So i can read and write in forums using my phone an then download files when goming home. But playing them now is no time. Mayby december is  time for put ultrasatan up and play.

Thank you so much for this and the latest part of your D-Bug200 CD. I really appreciate it that you make it possible for us to leech those files to have it at christmas!
Ignore people that say you are idiots, you did a lot for the Atari Community (US!), so they should be more thankful! :)
So, keep it up and hopefully i see one ore two ULS releases of you in the future! Maybe you can find your fun again to do so!
Cheers!

As robert2098 said there isn't feedback to give yet, but when i will try it on my Falcon i will tell you my feeling about it. I am sure that it is an amazing CD for our Atari  ;D

Well, jokes aside, making money out of warez sounds so... erm, how should I put this, fucking wrong to our ears. I'm 100% certain that D-Bug is definitely NOT in it for the money. We burnt and sent close to 40 lightscribed CDs and sent them out worldwide out of our own money. Even if we made jewelcase covers and other crap (which we opted out due to lack of time and support mostly), the CDs would have been free. Gratis. Τσάμπα.

Clearly, cracking, filing, packing the games, HD fixing them, Falcon patching them, then trying to fit them into 820k disks along with a nice menu and filling the disk to the brim is much more challenging than simply gathering images from different people and merging them into one collection. So I'll never understand why people would like to pay for that kind of thing. It would have been so easy to add a paypal button in the front of the D-bug pages, and we often joke about it internally. Rest assured though that this will never happen.

Just wanted to clear the air here - please do carry on :)

Hey everyone. I'm new around here but I'm after some help. Had not realised this CD had been released (dropped off the radar due to work) so was excited to find I could download it. But with only only 1 piece available I ain't ever gonna get this :'( Through begging and scraping from friends I have actually managed to get all but number 8. Could someone save my life  and let me have this file?

To the guys of Dbug - much respect and thanks for bringing this to the world

I like the Ninja Remix with the Amiga music although the original chip/digi-drum music is great too.

Can you post the CD label design you used for the LightScribe CD so I can burn a CD with "original" label? Or is the LightScribe label only for the original receivers of the CD?

Title: Re: The CD200 Beg Thread
Post by Saviour on 10.01.10 at 01:26:07
Well, i have to say that your patch of NinjaRemix is really a highlight on this CD (especially with the Amiga-CoSo Sound on Falcon and TT), as well as Jim Power. But i have to admit since i have my CT63 i didnīt switch on my Falcon very often, as it keeps switching itself off continously. I already had a conversation with Rodolphe about it, but on his Falcon my CT63 works fine. Its kinda strange as i tried a CT63 of an Atari mate on a Atari meeting here and his did work without any problems.
Thats why i am not very active here anymore as it keeps me getting annoyed when my Falcon suddenly switches off while i play a game.

Even with the CT disabled? Sounds like RAM or PSU. Or possibly the pperror driver :P

Yes, even with the CT63 disabled. But the funny thing is, as i said, with another CT63 it works without problems. At least with *that* one i tried.
But you really donīt think that i would copy or install one program, let alone his HD Driver, of this hungarian prick on to one of my Ataris?  :-?

Hi,

How does anyone download just Menu 200 as the menus page just gives page not found?

Thanks in advance

[quote author=7143544B4D5750220 link=1242922398/70#70 date=1263086767]Well, i have to say that your patch of NinjaRemix is really a highlight on this CD (especially with the Amiga-CoSo Sound on Falcon and TT), as well as Jim Power.

Is that where these games are hiding? On the CD???

Snoopy I will.. PM me..

was gonna send to Bazf as well, but I see he's now an ex-member... oh well

that's D-Bug 200 & Automation 500a he'll never possess, people need patience,
i'm so busy and stressed at work at the mo, obviously this doesn't
occur in the Atari world.

'ang on, Ninja remix is on the patch pages for ages now :) - http://d-bug.mooo.com/patches/2009/ninjarmx.rar

Also, from menu 200:

Robbo: http://d-bug.mooo.com/patches/2009/robbo.prg
Jim Power: http://d-bug.mooo.com/patches/2009/jimpower.rar
Lethal Xcess beta: http://d-bug.mooo.com/patches/2009/lxbeta.prg

As for #200 itself, well, we had the menus online for many months, lots of people have downloaded leeched it and we simply don't want to bog down our server hosting a ~400mb file (iirc). Like CJ and Shw said, the idea was that the menu would be spread the old fashioned way anyway. Since all of us did our part in spreading this CD (I sent about 40 CDs worldwide), it's time for those who have it to step up and offer to send it.
