As title suggests,

What steps are needed to convert image files BACK to workable rom files for the ST which can then be wrote to floppy disk..

Spoke briefly to Law RE this, he suggested posting in Here :D

.ST and .MSA files can nicely be written back to floppy with JayMSA (http://jaysoft.atari.org/)
