Hi dudes. Maybe your remember I used to look at WinSTon improving, a track I abandoned when the Steem source was released. Maybe you know I'm one of the dudes who try to improve on Steem.

I call on you because I'm in a fix. I (think I) improved prefetch in Steem, and I thought it would make Beyond by Kruz load, but it still doesn't work, now I wonder if this was the right way.
You have released a version that's OK in Steem, so maybe you know what's going on? Certainly it's the protection. What could be the problem?

Hi dude,

I'm the dude that did the patch of this demo. I remember the protection making steem get stuck in an infinite reboot cycle. What I was prepared to do is run the protection from my mste, dump the unprotected boot sector and then continue filing the rest of the demo. Before I did that though I discovered that turning pasti on while the demo was booting fixed the problem and the demo booted normally.

Thanks, but Pasti doesn't work for me, at least the versions I tried (Pouet & Atarimania).
I am looking at prefetch because:
- Saint 2.14 mentions it making Beyond work.
- It works in Hatari 1.5 with option 'Slower but more compatible CPU' which implies prefetch IMO.
But I tried it with SainT, it doesn't work either. Maybe I'm just cursed.

In fact it runs on Steem 2 (the last version is 3.2). Obviously an improvement is responsible for it not working anymore!
