TechnoCop

Take a bit of Outrun/ChaseHQ and add a splash of Robocop and you have TechnoCop - Simple...

Even more so, what you get is a nice game.  Despite the fairly boring driving sections, the walking around shooting part is much better.  Armed with a gun and a net you can choose to blast the criminals so they explode (and leave behind a blinking-eyed head) or catch them in a spiderman-like web and see them try to get out.

Graphics are good enough, and scrolling is OK. Sounds is disappointing but you are having fun trying to gain promotion by getting the bad guys in a time limit that you overlook this again.

I really liked technocop, despite all its shortcomings (graphics a bit meh, jerky gameplay, noisy samples). The ever increasing in difficulty levels and different objectives (capture dead or alive, or alive only etc) made it really interesting. Not a bad target for Hd/030 patching :)
