OK - solved the IKBD lockup on Cybernoid II, only to discover the music driver used shadow registers...DOH!

Anyway, all fixed, it'll be in the next fixpack (if we remember to bundle it)

Seems *all* the IKBD problems stem from clr.b #$fffffa07.w - on the ST this is ok, but the Falcon *really* doesn't like it.

But now we know what is causing it, hopefully we can fix all the titles listed with "acia faults" quite quickly.
