Well I've now finally gone through every Automation menu checking that each game works! Long task!

There are still the odd V1 missing, but I've come to a stage were I need to draw a line in the sand and say that's it!! Smiley

So next I'll be working on the interface.

I'll keep you all posted.

Shw - how about adding the list of V1's to the list of missing BBC menus?  I assume they are going to the same place Smiley
I know I have the odd v1 at home, say for instance that menu with the spectrum 512 reset pick of some piece of anatomy Tongue
And also I have 3 disks of just STe fixed menus.  Looks like Was/Vapour/Add fav pseudo here did a whole lot of STe fixes for LSD/Was/Auto menus and sent them out on disks...  I'm pretty sure you would have these though.

Cheers

Hi Karlm,

Yeah, I have the 3 Automation STe fix disks Smiley And the original rather naughty reset screen on 256 Smiley

Anyway see the attached XLS which is the full list of menus I have! I reckon some of the v1 will never be found especially 509/510 which were done by a guy called Voodoo who lived in the same city as me. They hardly got spread at all.

But any help really appreciated.

I see Automation 133 v1 not are found yet.
I found some files: Intro (size 27790), game Bumby, game High and low and Xenon disk 1 (filed part). Diskside b not are there. When i try run intro for STe where 4 meg (or using 2 meg only) it say something "1.9 fix by Law" and bombs.
You need this disk?

---------------------------

Disk 84. Human killing machine. Is this version 100% working or version where 2 last enemies are broken?
---------------------------

I found single disk crack "Sleeping Gods Lie" by Neil of Gor Blimey. Someone interesting?

Hi Jake,

Yes, I'm interested in all those disks!! I do have a feeling 133 originally wasn't all in files and Neil flipped the data onto the B side. Neil's crack is also interesting, so please send anything you have! (if you notice I finally released Tower of Babel which you sent).

Cheers

Hi

133 was never put into files - XenonII (Automation) was always a flipped disk (Shame on Neil.... how very Pompey Pirates of him!)

Is this going to be for sale?  If so, how much is the price tag.

Looking forward to writing a review in RGCD.

Sorry for being thicko.  Tongue

I was imagining that it would be for sale in a printed DVD case and so on, and that there would be some charge for postage, printing, media, etc.

I'm happy with a free ISO instead  Smiley

OK, excuse me for asking.
I am a bit confused.
If Automation/D-bug are not to be sold,
why then do I have an LGD CD with 512 Automation compact disks on it?
(Well over 512 .ST files due to alphabetical extensions such as #500 A thru I)
This includes the mentioned #509 and #510.
There is also a disk number 133.
Are not these some of the files you are looking for?

If you paid for more than the price of the disk plus shipping ask for a refund.

You most likely have the recompiled versions of #509 and #510. Check shw's post above regarding those.

Yep....they (509-510) are both recomps.

I did not buy the CD disk, It was given to me by a customer.
I was just aware that they had been sold.

You do know the LGD letters have been installed onto the boot sector on each one?

I may have your original releases here somewhere.
My customers were a tenacious lot and constantly brought me the wares!
Some of them even bought the commercial release games from me...Grin Wink

So have LGD (Little Green Desktop) been selling D-Bug/Automation menus?  Sounds like someone is asking for trouble!  Cheesy

Hi,

Yes we are aware of this - its also why some of them don't work. Rest assured that the set we release will be correct Smiley   (And freely available)

AFAIK - The LGD disk was sold at cost, with little or not proffit, that went back into the site anyway - that's fine with us (We just dont like the modified bootblocks...)
