Rules and regulations for Atari Proppa!

This site was created for the main purpose of generating more interest
in Atari systems and to further development of games and applications.
There will also be several non-Atari categories as well.

A) DO NOT post commercial , copywritten,
or unauthorized material ANYWHERE on this site. It will
cost you your membership. I'd hate to have to do that but that is exactly
what will happen..No excuses and no second chances.

I'm pretty sure goof is a (c) of someone, so he's already broken that rule

B ) DO NOT POST PORNOGRAPHIC, SATANIC, DEMONIC OR INAPPROPRIATE
MATERIALS IN THESE FORUM AREAS. DO NOT USE FOUL LANGUAGE AT ALL!
Keep this junk off these forums or you will be removed as a member from
Proppa for good! No second chances! If you are not sure, PM me and I will
let you know if it is out of bounds or not! I want these forums and sections
to remain FAMILY FRIENDLY. After a certain time in the evening, I will allow
at my discretion certain flexing of these rules in the chat/shout box ONLY! Just
keep this crap at all times out of the  posts in the forums.

At certain times in the evening... this retard has obviously never heard of timezones

C ) NO E-BAY PROSTITUTION OF ANY KIND!!! Everyone
knows where to look for E-bay items so do not even post links. Do not
even bring attention to any such auctions!!!

D ) No dealer/commercial businesses unless you are willing to pay
me a fee for providing you a service!

E) Do not come here starting trouble..I will not tolerate it. I

F) Be helpful! Do not be a jerk to someone asking an honest question
with wise cracks (unless you follow those up with honest answers to his/her

G) If you wish to become a member, you must let me know EXACTLY who
you are. I will be very careful as to who I let be a member here. If you are
already a member and wish to invite someone else....MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LET
THAT PROSPECT EVEN KNOW WE EXSIST UNTIL YOU ASK SCOTT, TERANCE or MYSELF AND
GET OUT APPROVAL! THIS MUST BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY AND WITHOUT ANY VARIATION!!!

H) Anyone found with a dual account better have a very good reason.
I for one can not think of any such reason!!! So chances are quite
good that your membership will be TERMINATED and for good!!!

I) Do not complain and whine about developers policies concerning
free ROMS or the prices of their games if they choose to sell them. Be
thankful someone is still supporting your DEAD system! If any such
developer wishes to post a demo or complete ROM of his/her games, that is
their decision.If they do not, live with it and get over it.

Unless it's Reboot. Then stone them.

J) Let's not start with the 'this System VS that System' threads.
Keep that nonsense on the other sites.

Because it would get lost amongst the other nonsense on this one

K) I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANY DEVELOPER BATTLES! ANY DEVELOPER TAKING
SHOT AT OTHER DEVELOPERS WILL BE KICKED! THIS ESPECIALLY INCLUDES CERTAIN
MEMBERS OF CERTAIN UNDESIREABLE GROUPS KNOWN TO CAUSE PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER
DEVELOPERS WHO FEEL THEY NEED TO START WARS WITH OTHER DEVELOPERS FOR NO GOOD
REASON! PERMENENT BANISHMENT OF THE ENTIRE TEAM IS WHAT WILL RESULT. DO NOT
RUIN IT FOR THE DECENT MEMBERS OF YOUR DEV TEAM! Do not come here with
an attitude thinking you will show another dev team up....you will end up looking
like the ass you are!
