The Elite classic - what more can one say about this scrolling classic?

An almost perfect conversion of the coin-op.  The game is fast and furious and the zombies etc spawn at a close-range and fast rate adding to the challenge of the game.  All the coin-op features are there, including the magician changing your character.

The fast spawn of the enemies makes the game tricky, but constant hitting of the fire button helps and gives you some sense of achievement in the game.

My only criticism is that collision detection is a bit flaky at times and a shame the credit feature of the coin-op is gone - certainly would help the more casual gamer.

Boot up and enjoy a classic, pretty well ported and get shooting!
