I almost guessed it from the name ... Seconds Out must be some sort of sports game.

It is a boxing game shown from almost a sort of 1st person perspective. Almost as you still see a wireframe of yourself, maybe some inbetween.

So use the trigger to bang the opponent until he stays down and gets knocked out.

I couldn't figure out more than the basic "bang the fist against his head" move so it is all pretty dull and uninspiring.

The graphics don't add much to the fun, all looks a bit too brown and greyish for my taste. Sound effects are limited to some bings and YM noises.

All in all: pretty naff and certainly not my cup of tea.
