Xtron is a Galaga styled shooter without background scrolling, except for the stars.

The game is pretty simple, shoot the baddies and avoid getting hit.

Technically the graphics are anything but impressive. If it was a PD title, i'd say nothing well but ok, but for a fullprice game of 1986/87 vintage, this is a bit far fetched.

The game needs atleast 1MB of RAM (quite a surprise for a 1986 title) and wastes this all on some sampled music and "Get ready" sound. But the main ingame effects are plain YM dits and bangs....why limit the range of possible  customers and not make the digi optional, esp in 1986 where the 512K STs were still in the majority even here in Germany? (It is a German title)

All in all, meeeeeeh  Tongue  There are quite a few titles made with SEUCK that I personally enjoy more than this one.
