Bootiful Babe is - errr - funny.
I don't know if this was a commercial release or not.

Anyway the player crawls around a vertically scrolling level as a baby, can collect pacifiers etc and cries for Mommy. The title screen is already cartoony, the ingame graphics are a bit small to offer much detail but look okay.

There is music and digi sound.

Cartoony and strange game, but definitly better than others.
