Tried it on Steem with TOS 1.02, 1.62 and 2.06 - no problems at all.

So, I have 3 options, listed here in order of stupidity:

1) Say "It works for me, you must have a corrupted TOS" (sound familiar? )

or

2) UPS me your STe and paypal me some cash to return it after i've fixed the game (hehehehe)

or

3) What do you have in your startup AUTO folder?  my tests are with a basic HDDriver and 4mb, no accs, buffers set to "999" (ie, disabled)

For anyone who uses HHDriver and having similar problems, please note that resetting your atari and holding down the CONTROL key bypasses your auto folder programs.

Doing so makes this release run perfectly!
